Endocrine Disruptor Testing

StreamSweepers works in partnership with the National Institute of Health, National Cancer Institute to test hormone mimicking activity in rivers and streams in the mid-Atlantic region.

Intuitively, we know that chemicals in the environment are not healthy for natural ecosystems. We go farther at American Climate Partners to understand the science and be sure that we are taking the best and most effective approach.

The abstract below is an example of some of the science-backed research that executive director Michael Collins contributes to. The glaring evidence adds a sense of urgency to our work in cleaning up endocrine disrupting chemicals.
